Everyone, especially women, want to have healthy and strong nails. They usually take more care about nails than man. In some job every employee need to have tidy, clean nails. So, nails are important.
We can keep our nails clean and healthy, not just with different product that we can buy on market. Changing some habits and eating difine type of food can help our nails too.
If you cut your nails frequently than you have short ones and you really don’t have a lot of problems with them. But if you try to get a healthy long natural nails, than it is good to take some advices I will recommend you.
Each women or man, who cleans dishes with hands, know that if you have hands long time in water, than you nails can break very easily. You have this experience also from swimming in swimming pool. However, every time you wash dishes try to use rubber gloves.
I also recommend that you have an emery board always near, so you can use to smooth it when you see some crack. Even you don’t have damaged nail, I recommend you, to use an emery board once a week, just to prevent some small cracks that can maybe in future lead to broke nail.
It is true that people, especially young don’t have problems with health of nails, but it can happen. So, if you see that something it is not right with them and they become different, painful or if you see big difference on them don’t hesitate to ask medical opinion. If you act immediately once you see those differences, you can save a lot of pain, time and money.
And finally but not less important it is nutrition for strong nails. Let’s face it, nutrition really is important even sometimes seems that people don’t think that way. Secret of strong nails are not just in beauty salons. The truth is that health of nails begins way before you get your nails done by some technician. Right and healthy nutrition it really is important for strong and healthy nails, because they are mirror of our health. However, today it is not just nutrition problem. Our fast unhealthy lifestyle can have consequences on nails and body too. So, if we want to see changes we first need to change ourselves and our own habits. And with nutrition there are no differences, so I really recommend you, to eat a lot of vitamins every day. You will notice a difference on your body and you will have a lot more energy. Fast food, try to exchange for some fruits, vegetables, fishes and nuts.
I know, that we all know what we need to eat, but it seems that everyone just know, but nobody take action, so I wrote important list of food and I tried to make it short just to see that it is not that hard like it seems. So, here it is list of food you really should try to eat every day:
- Fresh fruits, vegetables
- Fishes, onions, garlic, broccoli, leafy greens
- Food with zinc
- Don’t forget to drink plenty of water or prepare for yourself squeezed oranges, lemons or some juices with different fruits or raw vegetables
- Milk and other food and drink with vitamin A and calcium
- Food with proteins and vitamin B12 keep your nail strong.
